Do you charge a fee for your service?
All you pay is the airline charge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and bank wires. A 3.5% fee will be added if you choose to pay via credit card.
Are your nets commissionable?
You can mark up your own commission on top of our net at no cap. The charge will not be visible to your client. When our nets don’t come in substantially lower than published, we offer commission off the published rate too.
How do you remit commission?
You can choose to get a check mailed or to receive a direct bank wire.
Can you use credit vouchers held directly with the airline?
Unfortunately, we can’t book using vouchers held directly with the airline unless the original ticket was issued through Highview Travel.
Do you have coach class nets and/or commission?
We specialize in business and first-class international travel. However, we do have coach class nets and commissions with some airlines.
Are you available 24/7?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. We are available 24/7 for emergencies that occur while your passenger is traveling.
